This six week course meets weekly for one hour each session. The classes meet at the same time and day of the week from the initial start date. PLEASE mark your calendars!

In week one of group class we review the schedule. If a class falls on a holiday listed under our FAQs or weather closure, it gets bumped out by one week. If a trainer needs to postpone a class you will be notified as soon as possible.
